Bike Tour: Baix Emporda by bike - 8 days

A smooth self-guided cycling trip in which each day offers almost flat terrain, gentle and pleasant cycling routes. From the blue hues of the Mediterranean sea to the green shades of the countryside sprinkled with small medieval towns. A cycling tour to go back in time and explore some of the intertesting inland that Cataluña offers ; sunflower and wheat fields, pine forests and rice paddies... A land where Romans, Iberians and modern pirates have left their trace in history. Each day you will start with a rich Catalán breakfast and each night you will be able to choose among several local restaurants which offer local specilities. At the end of the day, a rural hotel in a typical building from the Baix Emporda will be awaiting, each with their own special charm.
